Return & Exchange Policy
Effective Date: January 2025
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, our return and exchange process is straightforward. Please review the details below before submitting a request.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is in its original, unused condition
- All original packaging materials are included
- The item has not been altered, trimmed, or modified in any way
- Faux water resin arrangements must be returned with the resin intact and undamaged
Non-returnable items: Custom-made arrangements, personalized orders, clearance/final sale items, and items returned after 30 days are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us — Email info@enovafloral.com or use our contact form with your order number and reason for the return.
- Receive a Return Authorization — Our team will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item — Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship to the address provided in your return authorization.
- Confirmation — Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send an email confirmation with your refund or exchange details.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different product, include your preferred replacement in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is a different price, we'll charge or refund the difference accordingly. Exchanges follow the same 30-day eligibility window as returns.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Damaged-in-transit claims must include photos of the packaging and the item.
Wholesale & Bulk Order Returns
Returns on wholesale and bulk orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact your dedicated trade representative or email info@enovafloral.com to discuss return options for large orders. Restocking fees may apply to wholesale returns.
