Products & Quality

Our arrangements are handcrafted by a team of 50+ artisans using premium silk and polyester materials designed to replicate the look and texture of real flowers. We also use our proprietary faux water resin technology in glass vase arrangements, creating a transparent solid layer that closely resembles real water. Many customers tell us their guests can't tell the difference from fresh flowers.

Our artificial flowers and plants are made from high-quality silk, polyester, and plastic components. Stems use coated wire for realistic flexibility and posing. Vases are available in glass, ceramic, and resin. Our faux water arrangements use a proprietary clear resin that cures to a solid, transparent finish inside glass containers.

Artificial flowers require minimal maintenance. Dust them periodically with a soft brush, feather duster, or a can of compressed air. For deeper cleaning, gently wipe petals and leaves with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid placing them in direct sunlight for extended periods, as prolonged UV exposure can cause colors to fade over time. With basic care, our arrangements will maintain their appearance for years.

Many of our arrangements are sold as complete pieces that include the vase. Product listings clearly indicate whether a vase is included. We also sell vases separately so you can pair them with loose stems and create your own arrangement. Browse our product catalogs for our full selection.

Orders & Shipping

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days from our warehouse in El Monte, California. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 within the continental United States. Orders below $99 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout based on package size and destination.

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping to other countries is not available at this time. For Canadian orders, shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes. Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability. If the replacement item is a different price, we'll charge or refund the difference. Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like instead, and we'll set it up.

Wholesale & Trade

Yes. Enova Floral offers a trade program with wholesale pricing for qualified businesses, including interior designers, event planners, home stagers, retailers, and hospitality companies. Trade members receive dedicated pricing, priority support, and access to our full product line at volume discounts.

Minimum order requirements vary by product category and order type. Our trade team will provide specific minimums when your trade account is approved. For most product categories, we offer flexible quantities to accommodate both small projects and large-scale orders.

Yes. Our artisan team can create custom artificial flower and plant arrangements to match your specific design requirements. Custom orders are available for both individual pieces and bulk projects.
